How corrections are handled
Factual claims should be traceable to first-hand production experience or a linked primary source. Generated examples are identified by context, copied footage is not used, and known technical limits are stated plainly.
When an error is found, the correction should replace the inaccurate text rather than being hidden in a later post.
The pre-publication test
Before publishing, every piece is checked against five questions: does this answer one clear question? Is the experience or evidence original? Can the reader act on it today? Did we remove anything that only fills space? Is every limitation stated plainly?
